Since then grapevine cultivation and the elaboration of wines have suffered different vicissitudes to our days. Phylloxera at the end of the 19th Century led grapevine growth to gather new momentum, materializing in the birth of the “sparkling wine of Penedès": cava.
Currently, cultivation of the traditional grape varieties has seen the addition of others originating mainly from France and Germany, thanks to the diversity of microclimates generated by the proximity to the coast and the variety of altitudes provided by the local relief.
This has enabled the elaboration of a wide range of wines and caves of different styles which we invite you to taste, share, intimate with through the different offers that you will find in the area.
